Policies and Procedures

An organisational code of conduct, principles of service delivery, and a full policies and procedures manual have been written to remind and guide all C.A.T.S. Inc. employees of the obligations and responsibility we all have in conducting the organisational operations with fairness, integrity and the individuals serviced, best interest.

The policies also provide information to the young people and families supported at CATS about their rights, and responsibilities. Some of these policies are provided in brief on this website.

CATS Inc supports children and young people with a disability to engage in activities that are of value to them and which encourage the child and young person to enjoy a positive and empowered position in their community.

CATS Inc is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child and young person participating in valued activities that support their goals and aspirations. In addition, CATS Inc proactively addresses methods for ensuring children and young people are protected from harm during their sessions.
