Membership
As an Incorporated Association CATS is membership based, inviting individuals and groups to join and assist in promoting young adults with disabilities participation in community life. Membership is just one way in which you can demonstrate your support, interest and commitment to the organisation and its aims.
CATS has a range of membership categories, and as a financial member you can:
- Nominate and vote for members of the Board of Management. This enables you to have a direct impact on who you wish to represent you at management level in making organisational decisions that affect service delivery.
- Receive full voting rights in terms of constitutional changes to the organisation, and various motions made at general meetings.
Membership includes receiving:
- A full colour copy of the organisations annual report
- A free monthly newsletter to keep up to date with what’s happening at CATS.
