An organizational code of conduct, principles of service delivery, and a full policiea and procedures manual have been written to remind and guide all C.A.T.S. Inc. employees of the obligations and responsibility we all have in conducting the organisational operations with fairness, integrity and the individuals serviced, best interest.

The policies also provide information to the young people and families supported at CATS about their rights, and responsibilities. Some of these policies are provided in brief on this website.
