We are dedicated to supporting young adults with disabilities in their transition from school to community and adolescent life.

Leaving school is a time of uncertainty for the future and excitement over the possibilities that lay ahead as the young person begins to mature and develop. CATS was established specifically to assist young people and their families through this time of uncertainty and change, providing a positive attitude, opportunities and support.

At CATS we provide superior levels of tailored support to our young people, ultimately giving them a brighter and more dignified life. CATS supported young people have the opportunity to participate in our unique programs and groups including: Proud Partners, Drama Group, Client Feedback Group, Volunteer positions and our own Life Skills Course.
